• Project tracking and milestone management

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

As a user of HomeProBidz, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your projects
• Respond to contractor inquiries in a timely manner
• Treat all contractors with respect and professionalism
• Pay contractors according to agreed-upon terms
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature

Contractors using HomeProBidz agree to:

• Maintain valid licenses, insurance, and certifications
• Provide accurate bids and project timelines
• Complete work according to industry standards
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Honor all bids submitted through the platform
• Comply with all local building codes and regulations

HomeProBidz may charge fees for certain services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Payment terms will be clearly communicated before any charges are incurred.

Contractors may be charged a service fee for successful project completions. Homeowners may be charged for premium features or expedited services.

HomeProBidz acts as a platform to connect homeowners with contractors. We do not directly provide construction services and are not responsible for the quality of work performed by contractors.

In no event shall HomeProBidz, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

While HomeProBidz provides a platform for connecting homeowners and contractors, we encourage direct communication to resolve any disputes. We may provide mediation services but are not obligated to do so.

Any disputes arising from the use of our service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
